Senior executives for a non-profit health system wanted to know how a recent health reform law measured-up to the hospital system’s board-approved vision for the long-term future of U.S. health care.
With Michael’s help, the executive project team:
- designed a process and materials appropriate for 14 busy senior executives
- increased executive knowledge of key components of the new law
- sharpened leaders’ individual and collective assessment of ways the law satisfied or did not satisfy key elements of the organization’s vision
- generated an analysis applicable to future communications and advocacy efforts.
Executives reported that the meeting not only helped them learn more about the new law, but it also placed it within a meaningful context. A key leader stated,
